ALL favorites are the main updates. If someone DOES want to join, or see some great Fox Spirit themed art/photos/fiction, etc....please leave the link or gallery in the comment page or journal. That way, we can grab it.
If more watchers/people want to join, whatever, that's when we can start a gallery upload. Right now, the three of us that are around, aren't adding anything.

ALSO: If one of us/you create(s) a Foxy-Kitsune image/literature, note me on my main account so I can see it much faster.

This club is devoted to the TRUE FOX culture:
The Asian Kitsune, the *actual* Animal fox, the Spiritual Fox, the Shape-Shifter-Fox, or just the fox value systems.

If you’re looking for Yoko Anime stars like Kurama, or Shippou, etc....Or fox anime girls, or cutesy silly images depicting foxes as clowns and pop-culture filtered shadows of what they really are...Sorry. You won’t find that here. Although, I do enjoy anime, and Shippou and Kurama are two of my favorite characters, this is not what this club is about.

WHAT WE DO
#1 Tribal based art, prose, poetry, photography, etc. Showing them in *every* aspect of their reputation. Good or Bad.
#2 Pagan or Scientific focus. (meaning, polytheist and zoologists alike that love foxys are included)
#3 SERIOUS and TRUE devotion to these unique, noble, yet wily creatures.
#4 Above all, this doesn’t mean we can’t LAUGH & HAVE FUN at our own expense, and our fellow fox lovers. Remember, the Fox’s wit is legendary.

WHAT IS ALLOWED
The Fox as an animal, apparitions, or human-shape shifter. The Kitsune/fox has many faces.
NO anime characters, please. Even though I like those too, they attract viewers that often want nothing but Kurama, Shippou, or anime porn girls.
I won’t be issuing a password. If you want your piece displayed, note, or leave a comment in the journal or deviation box. That’s how we’ll share.
I’ll post contests, members, basic club stuff when there is an accumulation of people involved.
Note me with any concerns, input, etc.

So you think you're a kitsune or fox spirit? Or believe that the fox is one, if not the primal animal force in your totem?

Feh.

Many people grasp at the false belief that the fox is indeed, a part of their life. The Fox only works with spirits that are kindred, and most likely are toying with false admirers. They delight in making a game of ignorant people's lives, and are not 100% cooperative. Often, they are rolling their proverbial eyes at the follies of spirits that think that are on the same level as the noble, unique, and very pithy Fox. Foxes are known for their wisdom, dark humor, and sexual appeal. They are vain, and strong willed, unable to be moved by other people's protests.
Foxes are fiercely independent, and refuse to join any mass or group. They see the world as it is, and do not display themselves as fools posing for the wise.

You know the sayings:
"Rather remain silent, and let the masses think you're a fool, than open your mouth and prove it"
Or,
"No matter how the wind howls, the mountain remains unmovable"
Yes, that's ONE side of the Fox. Anger it, and there will be dire consequences. Sometimes the fox will operate like a firestorm, destroying everything in a horrendous rage. (Although NEVER losing the even keeled mind set) Sometimes the Fox will be patient, and draw out your punishment through the course of several mishaps and ironic pratfalls and strings of bad luck. They enjoy drawing out punishments just as much as they enjoy helping you.
That is the dualism that defines the fox.
If they do like you, or feel you are an equal...well...nearly their equal, they will make sure
everything that happens to you is for your benefit. Because, in a Fox’s mind, as much as they aide you will equal how much you will help them in the future. Tit for tat.
However, a happy Fox is a Fox that will move mountains and make your life an exciting, wise, and self confident one. Foxes FEED off of your energy, and vice versa. Soon, your feelings project through their actions, and your personality reflects their powers. So, caution is advised.

THIS is the Fox Spirit that is bastardized among uneducated fangirl/boys, that do not comprehend the force and nobility behind their cutesy little pretend avatars.
The fox IS appealing, and attractive, and charismatic. They want you to adore them....but from afar. Cheering, smothering, silly-over done praising is offensive. In fact, that repels, more than it makes them want to be a part of your existence. For the most part, Foxes do NOT even care to notice that these types of ‘fans’ exist.
They’re much more interested in people who are:

Like them, naturally by kindred.
Sophisticated, well mannered, and just as smart as they are.
A lover of the elements, especially Fire, precious Metals, and Earth.
Sexually comfortable, but without being a gross pig/whore about it. The fabled lust is only with a spirit bond, or someone they deem good enough for their time. They are not the 'sluts' of the spirit realm as they are often wrongly labeled. After all, it's such a powerful part of their energies, they often drain the weaker spirits that can't take the fire, so to speak.
Don’t even notice them. (Gasp! How could reject me?)

Poise, Intellect, and a smile that indicates you know what’s really going to happen are key points to a fox.

They are unique in that they can heal generously with one hand, and crush bitterly with the other. With the same level of commitment and conviction.

Oh yes, one more thing.

Foxes believe, above all, that you should be true to yourself. Any crowd-following, angst peddling, or badgering of belief systems is deeply frowned upon. Remember, a true fox is not judgmental on either side of an argument. They know that Karma, Fate, and LIFE must play itself out and be as it is.
Foxes are not so much as amoral, as that they have a much higher understanding of how the universe must continue on its many facets of direction.
